Twin Lakes, WI (July 18, 2008)--On the main stage at The Shadow Hill Ranch during the 16th Annual Country Thunder USA music and camping festival, event officials announced superstar Tim McGraw as the headliner act for the 2009 Country Thunder USA in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin.
