MORE PERFORMERS ADDED TO “2005 AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS”

The ladies will be out in full force at the “2005 American Music Awards,” airing Tuesday, November 22 on ABC-TV.  

Added to the list of performers for the 33rd annual special are:  three time American Music Award winner Sheryl Crow, whose new album “Wildflower” is currently in the Top 10;  film, TV and pop music star Hilary Duff, whose current album “Most Wanted” recently topped the charts and has already achieved platinum status;  and singer/actress Lindsay Lohan, who will perform the first single “Confessions of a Broken Heart (Daughter to Father)” from her forthcoming album, “A Little More Personal (Raw),” the follow up to her platinum debut album “Speak.”

Tim McGraw, Rascal Flatts and Keith Urban Added to Line Up

The award winning men of Country Music will be well represented at the “2005 American Music Awards,” airing Tuesday, November 22 on ABC-TV. 

Added to the list of performers for the 33rd annual special are five time American Music Award recipient Tim McGraw; Country Music’s reigning Vocal Group of the Year Rascal Flatts; and Country Music’s current Male Vocalist of the Year Keith Urban, who join previously set Country Music Entertainer of the Year, Kenny Chesney.

THE “2005 AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS” ASKS PUBLIC TO CHOOSE THEIR FAVORITE ARTIST OF THE YEAR FOR THE SECOND ANNUAL T-MOBILE TEXT IN AWARD

 Fans Can Vote Via T-Mobile Text Messaging or the Internet

 

The “2005 American Music Awards” is asking the public to cast their votes for the second consecutive year for the T-Mobile Text In Award to determine the fans’ favorite from a list of top artists from each of the six major musical genres.  Results of the voting will be revealed during the live telecast of the 33rd annual awards special, which airs Tuesday, November 22 on the ABC Television Network.
